About Dr. Dave

Dr. Dave Beaudoin graduated Cum Laude (with honors) from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Iowa in 2000 after starting a medical degree (1996) from the University of Guelph.

Prior to chiropractic, Dr. Beaudoin worked as an airline mechanic for Wardair.  After being rear-ended in a motor vehicle accident, Dr. Dave had loss strength in his right arm.  Through numerous chiropractic adjustments, Dr. Dave regained the strength in his arm and his lumbar spine pain disappeared!  Inspired by his renewed health, Dr. Dave took home health books to read about chiropractic to learn the history and theory of how chiropractic (Latin meaning: adjusting with hands) helped his body heal itself without surgery or drugs.  After completing an aptitude test where he discovered that he has a greater than average dexterity (ability to feel things), his was told that a career in chiropractic was in the top 10 of choices for his abilities.  The idea of being able to help make a difference in people’s quality of life using his hands led Dr. Beaudoin to become a Chiropractor.  In addition, his mechanical background was a great platform for understanding how the body functions and how different chiropractic techniques including NUCCA (National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association) would shape his pursuits to helping people heal themselves.

Over the years, Dr. Dave has led chiropractic mastermind groups, attended NUCCA, Applied Kinesiology, full-spine, and extremity seminars to continue to hone his expertise. His Cloverdale clinic, Central Valley Chiropractic Corp., has been in business for 25 years.

Dr. Dave focuses on the upper neck area to address misalignment of the head and neck for postural correction and nerve function; at times using supplementary techniques including Applied Kinesiology, Thomson, Diversified and Activator.  Dr. Dave was inspired by a quote from Dr. B.J. Palmer that states, “The power the made the body, heals the body.”  His focus is to align the spine and neurologically strengthen the muscles that support our bodies to maintain their posture.  This in affect allows the body to replace itself (the body is constantly replacing itself with new healthy tissue) in the new aligned position.  In turn, the health of the body improves to overcome the stressors of gravity and injuries.  Dr. Dave wants us all to die healthy!

Children are a growing part of his practice and Dr. Dave works hard to catch misalignment early to promote health and vitality.  Dr. Dave has had great results caring for children and children love coming to visit Dr. Dave.

Dr. Dave loves spending time with his family, mountain biking, hockey, skiing, and learning about himself and each other.

Dr. Dave is committed to providing the best chiropractic care tailored to each individual’s need in order to maximize their quality of life.
